This All Levels Vinyasa class offers the same flowing, breath-led movement you love with a slightly lower temperature for a gentler experience. Expect a dynamic sequence that builds strength, flexibility, and balance, paired with mindful transitions and intentional pacing. The warm room (not hot) provides just enough heat to support circulation and mobility without the intensity of a hot class. Perfect for those easing into their practice, returning from a break, or simply seeking a softer sweat. Modifications and options are always offered to meet you where you are.

HOT 26 • ALL LEVELS

Rooted in the original 26-posture sequence made famous by the Bikram method, Hot 26 is a 60-minute class offering structure, stillness, and strength in a welcoming, supportive format. With the support of infrared heat, you’ll move through a consistent set of postures that build flexibility, focus, and inner resilience.

Unwind and deeply relax in our Restorative Yoga class. This gentle, supportive practice is designed to calm the nervous system, improve flexibility, and promote overall well-being in a warm, cozy environment. Perfect for all levels, this nurturing experience is an infusion of restorative yin yoga postures, somatic movement, and meditation. Feel free to bring props such as blocks, bolsters, pillows, and blankets to help support deep relaxation.
